Towards the end of the summer, we (Vaughn and I) went to Ft. Worth to spend some time with Cara (a friend of mine from Deer Valley) and Rowin (her son, who is 8 months younger than V). 
While we were there, we took little road trip to visit Cara's dad near Abilene. "On the farm" Vaughn had a chance to talk to the cows,
sampled some of the BEST peaches,
picked a few of said peaches,
picked some black eyed peas,
met Lexi, the farm dog,
and rode in the wagon behind one of Grandaddy's MANY tractors. He had the opportunity to ride in the MONSTER tractor you can see in the previous picture, but opted, at the last minute, to stay on the ground. Can't say as I blame him. That thing was HUGE!
Needless to say, all that activity wore BOTH little boys out!
